Order Processing

We strive to process your order in a timely manner. However, during busy times, it may take slightly longer than expected to process your order.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Depending upon the shipping option that you have selected during the checkout process, please allow an additional 3 Business Days for processing. We offer various shipping options via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, quoting directly from each carrier. The cheapest option will be highlighted during checkout. You may choose whichever option best suited for your needs. If you would like to have us ship your order through another method, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Orders received after 3pm Central Standard Time will be processed the following Business Day.
  • Processing begins when payment is received and verified by our staff.
  • Business Days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
  • Estimated delivery time applies only to in-stock products (not back orders).
  • We cannot guarantee estimated shipping time, which is determined by the carrier chosen for the order.

Returns and Cancellations

  • A 10% processing fee will be charged to all unshipped cancelled orders.
  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of merchandise receipt with an approved Returned Authorization Number, and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition along with all packaging.
  • All shipping charges to return merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees for returned merchandise will not be refunded.
  • ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THESE TERMS FOR AUTHORIZATION, NO EXCEPTIONS.
